Rommey joins us with 25 years of construction experience. He is currently responsible for all aspects of project management including estimating, budgeting, value engineering, CPM scheduling, bid and proposal preparation, purchasing and contract negotiations, document control, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, cost control, and maintaining subcontractor and client relationships.
In previous roles he has managed multiple multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects and their staff throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, completing each of them on time and on budget. Rommey’s ability to handle adversity, time management, and managing projects remotely are all invaluable reasons that we are excited to have him on our team.
In his spare time he enjoys photography, smoking cigars, formula-1 racing, soccer, football, basketball, and remodeling.
Rommey has a degree in Business Administration from The University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
