The Bender Building is a Washington, DC landmark. Originally constructed in 1959, it was the largest and most modern building of its generation. Completely renovated and updated in 1995, this exceptionally well located building is home to a variety of prominent corporations, trade associations and businesses. The anchor tenant, the American Bankers Association, has had their headquarters in the project since 1970. They recently committed to remain for another 15 years and their space was extensively renovated.
